Check out our instructional video for low dye taping to help with your heel pain. This can be performed by your Foot Specialist or done at home on your own every 2-3 days. Just be sure to not get the tape wet.

Low-dye taping is commonly used to relieve pain due to plantar fasciitis, over pronation, and collapsed arches. It supports the arches and plantar fascia while walking. This taping technique requires 1-inch and 2-inch rigid athletic tape that is non-stretchy. It can be found at most drug stores. This therapy typically lasts a few days depending how secure the tape adheres to the skin. If you have any questions about this treatment option check with your Foot Specialist!
