Kaitlin Hargrave B.Sc., D.Ch.

Kaitlin was raised in Aurora, Ontario. She always had a keen interest in biomedical sciences and after completing her undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph she entered the Michener Institute’s Chiropody program. Here she studied podiatric medicine and had the opportunity to gain valuable experience through her clinical rotations in Ontario. Today she continues to strive to provide her patients with the best care possible, understanding that education is a key component for success with treatment plans. She practices a full scope of podiatric medicine at the Aurora Foot Clinic including but not limited to biomechanical exams, orthotics, surgical procedures and pediatric exams. Outside of the office she loves spending time with her son in the outdoors and staying active. She and her husband are avid nature enthusiasts, they’ve hiked and explored the countryside of Patagonia, Spain, Scotland and enjoy spending time in Northern Ontario. 

Kaitlin is registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine. She routinely advances her skills through continuing education programs and has worked as a Clinical Instructor to 3rd Year Chiropody Interns and previously worked as the Resident Chiropodist at a Long Term Care Facility in Ontario.

Jasmine Randhawa B.Sc., D.Ch

Jasmine has been working as a registered chiropodist since 2017. Jasmine has great interest in diabetic foot care, biomechanics and paediatrics. She completed her undergraduate degree at Western University and her podiatric medicine studies at the Michener Institute. With her attention to detail and energetic personality, she caters to the needs of her patients, while making every patient interaction enjoyable. When not at work, Jasmine enjoys travelling, trying out new cuisines, and spending quality time with her close ones. Jasmine is very excited to be a part of Aurora Foot Clinic.

Jasmine is registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario and routinely advances her skills through continuing education programs.

Clinic Admin

You will be greeted by a smile from either of our wonderful admin staff. They are an integral part of the clinic and always ready to help look after your next appointment or answer any questions you may have.

 

Lori 

 

Lori is part of our administrative team. She is a wife and mom of three boys. She loves spending time with family and friends, laughing and making great memories. She has been with the clinic since 2019. 

Christiana

 

Christiana has just completed her Healthcare Management Degree at Seneca in 2022 and is part of our administrative team. She loves puzzles, iced coffees and all dogs. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family or binge watching her favourite shows. 

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Chiropody?

The assessment of the foot and the treatment/prevention of diseases or disorders of the foot through therapeutic, surgical, orthotic and palliative means.

Chiropody is practiced by qualified, regulated, primary care practitioners who have undergone government recognized programs and registration examinations. They are regulated by the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.

Are Chiropodist Visits Covered by OHIP?

Unfortunately, Chiropody services are not covered by OHIP. However, most extended health care benefits or third party insurance provide coverage for foot care services. Please check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.

Is a Referral Necessary?

No, as primary care practitioners we are able to see you without a referral. Many patients are referred to us by their family physician or health care provider however, it is not required.
